Terms and Conditions for Healthcare Services

Thank you for considering Mehabilitation for your Healthcare services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Payment: Payment for each service plan is due on the day of sign up and repeated on the same date each month. Payments can be made by paypal/credit/debit card. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received on time.

  2. Subscriptions carry a three month minimum period.

  3. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your service plan at any time via your paypal account. No Refunds for unused sessions will be issued. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% for cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment.

  4. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a missed appointment fee of 50%.

  5. Appointment Attendance: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and you may be charged a missed appointment fee of 1 credit.

  6. Medical Information: Please inform us of any medical conditions or injuries you may have that could affect your treatment.

  7. Privacy: We take your privacy seriously and will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent.

  8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email.

  9. Sessions may be accumulated to £500 but no more. 

  10. Cancellation of your subscription will result in forfeit of accumulated sessions.
